Anjie and Edite met when they were both teaching at the 2009 International Creative Conference in Philadelphia. They decided then that they should teach their workshops together and it has come together now, right here in Colorado Springs!
Edite Agra Amorim
We are privileged to have Edite Amorim here all the way from Spain! Edite completed her degree in Health Psychology in her home town of Porto, Portugal. She then moved to Barcelona, Spain to complete her masters degree in Groups Management. She still resides there now and is working and researching within the Positive Psychology framework. Her experience includes expressive and integrative body work, group interaction & management, counseling, and creative theory and public speaking for a wide public.
Edite speaks 5 languages and since 2004, has taught many workshops for companies and individuals throughout Europe and US.
She has immersed herself in several workshops on Theatre, Dance and Expression, all around Europe and in NYC. She has taught managers and musicians, CEO’s and actors, artists, accountants and sales people. She is the main trainer for the Chamber of Barcelona. Her workshop techniques give individual attention to each person’s strengths as well as focusing on group settings and interaction.

Anjie Durbin
Anjie’s career began at Hallmark cards in the creative lettering department over 20 years ago while attending art classes at the Kansas City Art Institute in her home town Missouri. Her education includes printing, graphic design, computer art, painting & calligraphy.
She has worked with the country’s largest greeting card companies, consulting in hand lettering, design and creative management. For 10 years she owned Copilot Creative, an award-winning graphic & web design studio in Colorado Springs, Colorado where she consulted with businesses and corporations and in developing their branding and marketing strategies. Recently she sold the studio and now consults with one major corporation, handling all their marketing graphics, social media, photography and video.
Throughout her professional creative career she has continued to develop her abstract art style and teaches workshops in art and calligraphy. She has been developing and honing her subconscious creativity exercises for over 20 years, and was published by Accord Publishing with her creative lettering kit with 14 original alphabet designs. She recently had an art gallery opening in Colorado Springs called "Subconscious Visions".
Anjie loves visual communication, whether it is a billboard or abstract art. With the interaction and energy of several people a workshop setting, it is truly inspiring to see the incredible art pieces that come alive as everyone evolves their style and uses the process of art and creativity to hone their every day instincts and awareness.
